By purchasing a Peac Design pre-order product you agree to the below terms and conditions.
RENDERS
Please note that the product images used are of 3D renders and are for illustration purposes only. As such, the final colours may differ slightly to what is shown in the renders.
Keycaps, stabilisers, and switches are shown for demonstrative purposes only and are not included.
DELIVERY
This is a pre-order product and will be delivered after manufacturing is complete. The estimated shipping time is an estimate and there may be delays in manufacturing or shipping due to unforeseen circumstances out of our control.
REFUNDS & ORDER CHANGES
An order may not be refunded or cancelled after the pre-order period ends. Order cancellations during the pre-order period will incur a 5% to cover Shopify fees. If you wish to edit your order, please open a support ticket in our discord or submit an email submission via the contact us page.
Order changes will be supported for a limited time after the pre-order period. Please contact us via the contact us page if you have any queries or wish to change your order.
QUALITY CONTROL
Please note that minor internal markings or imperfections may be visible on the final production PLX units as a result of manufacturing processes.
All PCBs will be flashed and tested prior to delivery. Once used or soldered, we will not offer warranty on PCBs.
TAX
We collect GST on Australian orders, however do not collect tax for any international orders. Taxes may be required to be paid upon import of your order.
MERCHANDISE
Many of the merchandise items (hoodies, tees & beanies) are custom made in Melbourne and are made to order. Therefore there may be a slight delay between the date of order and the date of shipment. Please remain patient while we work on your order.
