The bottom row is locked to a 7u spacebar layout with top cases offered in standard, HHKB and WKL options.

The PLX offers a range of options to suit all use cases including split backspace, split right shift, stepped caps and ISO compatibility.

The PLX will only be offered with either a solderable or hotswap PCB designed by 2moons. The hotswap PCB will be ANSI only and feature split right shift and split backspace.

MOUNTING

Poron gasket strips are mounted to the bottom and top cases to offer a softer and flexible typing experience, and isolate the plate to reduce reverberation.

The plate features extensive kerf cuts to create the desired effect.

Alignment notches prevent the plate from unwanted side-to-side shifting.

CONSTRUCTION

CONSTRUCTION

The PLX is comprised of a 3-layer construction. The top and bottom cases are machined from aluminium and feature soft chamfered edges and modern rounded corners. The brass weight is offered in a pvd finish in several colours.

The base weight is fastened through holes in the plate and PCB to achieve an entirely screwless external appearance.

Plates are offered in four materials: Aluminium, Polycarbonate, POM and FR4.

COLOURS

The PLX is offered in two anodized (phantom and rosso) and one e-coated (bliss) colour options, each paired with a complimenting base weight.
